I painted with my paint group at the Sikes beautiful home here in Austin. I enjoyed painting out but the beauty was such that I wanted to just sit and soak it in. One of the sights that I could not turn away from for a very long time was a ledge of plants. The shadows were so colorful. I pictured this painting while I looked at this ledge.
